| RATES
Our rates are as follows:
Peak Season Rates (June, July, August, October, and Holidays): $225/night for first 2 nights, $135/night for additional nights, and $995/week
Regular Season Rates (September, March, April, and May - excluding holidays): $200/night for first 2 nights, $110/night for additional nights, and $825/week
Off Season Rates (November, December, January, and February - excluding holidays): $175/night for first 2 nights, $85/night for additional nights, and $650/week
Other: $100 cleaning fee; Sales tax 7.75%; 2-night minimum stay required*

*We reserve the right to require longer stays for bookings in advance of 45 days and premium holiday weekends (i.e. Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.).
CHECK-IN
Guests are welcome to check in after 4:00 PM. (Earlier check-in will be accommodated when possible.)
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is 11:00 AM.
RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS
Reservations can be secured with a 50% deposit. A $150 refundable security/damage deposit will be required at check-in. We will gladly try to accommodate last minute reservations. Please check with us for availability and payment policies.

| CANCELLATIONS
Because of our size, last minute cancellations impact us significantly and give us little chance of rebooking. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are refundable for cancellations made 30 or more days before scheduled arrival. Within 30 days of your arrival, a refund will be made only if we are able to re-book the property. A refund will be mailed after full payment for the new reservation has been received. If, after diligent effort, we are unable to re-rent the home, we regret that the full deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
TRANSFERS
We will always try to accommodate your request to transfer your reservation to a different time period. Transfer requests made within 30 days of your arrival will be subject to our cancellation policy.
PETS AND SMOKING
Sorry, no smoking is permitted inside and pets are not permitted on or inside the property. We appreciate your cooperation in abiding by this policy so that guests following you will be able to fully enjoy their stay, too.
